It’s hard to get to 1950 House without a car. Even so, the restaurant is always packed during the weekends. There’s no way the staff at 1950 House is letting you walk out the door with anything less than a hearty meal tucked underneath your belt. If you’re at a loss as to what to order, the black burger and barley burger come highly recommended. Believe it or not, it gets even better. Most of the ingredients supplied to 1950 House come straight from the producers without going through separate distribution channels. This translates into prices that are as affordable as the food is filling. Burgers weigh in between 6,000 to 7,000 won, and for anything between 13,000 to 14,000 won, you get the full combo of a burger with fries, wings, and a soft drink. 1950 House representative Jaehyun Lee says, “We wanted to make healthy hamburgers from the best that the clean environment of Jeju has to offer. These are definitely well-being burgers.” Healthy eating is a priority at 1950 House, and the burgers on the menu reflect that sense of focus in their all-around appeal.
